Only what you give us directly: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, optional email, and whatever you tell us about your situation — dates, cities, family circumstances, birth details for charts. We do not run hidden trackers, sell data, or profile you across other sites.
To plan your yatra, prepare your consultation, source your remedy, and reply to you. Birth details shared for Jyotisha are seen only by the named Jyotishacharya conducting your reading. Nothing else.
Photos and videos of remotely-coordinated rituals are shared with you privately via WhatsApp and are yours. We do not publish your family's rituals, names or images anywhere without explicit written consent.
Payments run through standard processors (UPI, bank transfer, payment links). We never see or store your card details. We keep only the record needed to honour our refund guarantee.
Write to hello@tirthaconnect.com and we will delete your personal records, except the minimum we must retain for tax and refund purposes.
