Our commitments, our refunds, and the honest limits of what any sacred service can promise.
Every gemstone ships with a GII/GIA laboratory certificate. Every purohit and practitioner is named and accountable to us. Every remote ritual is documented in photo and video. Full pricing is shared before you confirm anything — no hidden charges, ever.
If a gemstone is not as described, you receive a full refund. If your first Drishti consultation leaves you unsatisfied, your second is free. Yatra deposits are refundable per the schedule shared in your written quote — anything unspent is returned.
We do not guarantee outcomes — spiritual, astrological or material. Remedies are prescribed per classical texts and your chart, not as magic. Weather, darshan queues and temple regulations remain beyond anyone's control; we plan around them honestly.
Char Dham and peak-season yatras: book six to eight weeks ahead. Cancellations are handled per the terms in your written quote. Urgent rituals (asthi visarjan within the thirteen-day window) take priority over everything else.
