Kashi and Prayagraj: yes, with ghat-level access and chairs for rites. Char Dham: palki/pony + heli, but we’ll advise honestly if altitude is too high — we’ve said no when needed.
Every senior yatra has an oximeter + oxygen concentrator at night halts, and the caretaker knows the nearest hospital at each dham. We’ve turned back once at Kedarnath when vitals said no — that honesty is why families return.
